Warranty Coverage

A warranty ranges from 3-5 years depending on the model. This covers any issues or maintenance needs that arise during the warranty period, giving you long-term reassurance

Repair Services out of Warranty

In the case of hearing aids out of warranty, we only charge a fixed fee of £199 per aid. Additionally, all repairs come with a 6-month warranty

Servicing and Maintenance

We offer a comprehensive cleaning and servicing for all types of aids, even if you are not currently a client. For just £25 per unit. *Additional cost may apply for parts replacement
