Our commitment

BFG Hearing Solutions is committed to making our website and member app accessible to as many people as possible, in line with our duties under the Equality Act 2010. We aim to follow the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 to level AA as a target.

What we've done

• Clear, large text and simple layouts designed with older clients in mind
• Simple, consistent navigation with a clear way back to your home on every page
• A voice option — you can speak to our assistant instead of typing
• Multiple languages in the member area
• Captions/written guidance rather than audio-only content
• Good colour contrast and labelled buttons and form fields
