How am I billed?

By a simple monthly Direct Debit. There’s no long contract — cancel any time.

I bought my aids elsewhere — can I join?

Yes. Our hearing test and wax plans are open to everyone. And if you'd like us to service and care for aids you bought elsewhere, you can join our aftercare plan — a one-off £200.00 joining fee, then £6.25 a month (new receivers, domes and filters are charged separately).

Already buying hearing aids from us?

Silver, Gold and Platinum aids include free aftercare and servicing for 5 years — so your aids are looked after from day one.

How do I join?
