Enquiry and hearing check submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms (which forwards them to our inbox) and are also recorded in our own secure database so we can respond to and manage your enquiry. This website's records are kept separately from any clinical records.

Our website includes an optional chat assistant that helps answer questions about hearing aids. When you type a message, it is sent to Google’s Gemini AI service purely to generate a helpful reply, and to our own clinic if you choose to leave your name and number for a callback. Please don’t enter sensitive personal or medical details in the chat. The assistant gives general guidance only and is not a medical diagnosis.
