2. Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt it. All content, branding and design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. We may update the site and these terms from time to time; the version published here applies.

3. Our services & the standard you can expect

We provide hearing assessments, earwax removal, the fitting and supply of hearing aids, aftercare and related services. We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Hearing aids and products we supply will be of satisfactory quality and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Prices shown on this website are correct at the time of publication and may change; the price confirmed to you at the time of purchase or sign-up applies.

4. The BFG Hearing Club membership

What it includes

The Hearing Club is a paid membership giving year-round hearing care benefits (which vary by plan) plus access to the online member area β€” guides, a daily hearing-journey, reminders and our hearing assistant. The exact benefits and price of your plan are those shown when you join.

Fees & payment

Membership is paid monthly or annually as you choose. Payment is by Direct Debit or another method we agree with you. If a payment fails we may contact you and, if it remains unpaid, suspend or cancel the membership and its benefits.

Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Because you sign up online (a "distance contract"), under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of joining, for any reason, and receive a refund of fees paid for that period. To cancel, just tell us β€” call 0191 5111 878 or email info@bfghearingsolutions.co.uk. If you ask us to start providing membership services during the 14 days, we may keep a proportionate amount for services already used.

Cancelling after that

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not tie you into a fixed term unless clearly stated for a specific plan.

Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we refund the fees you've paid for that period (we may keep a proportionate amount for any services you asked us to provide during it). After the cooling-off period, fees already paid for your current billing period are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. None of this affects your statutory rights, or any separate guarantees and warranties on hearing aids or services we've supplied.

Changes

We may change plan benefits or prices, giving you reasonable notice (at least 30 days). If a change significantly disadvantages you, you may cancel.

5. The member app & hearing assistant β€” important

The online member area, daily hearing-journey and hearing assistant (named "Grace" or "George") provide general information and encouragement only. They are not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional clinical advice. Always rely on your audiologist for decisions about your hearing or hearing aids.

In an emergency, or for sudden hearing loss, severe pain, discharge or bleeding, dizziness, or any urgent health concern, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or call 999 β€” do not wait for the assistant.

The assistant is automated and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete; please don't rely on it for anything safety-critical, and contact us if in doubt.

6. Your information

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data-protection law. By joining the Hearing Club you consent to us processing the information needed to provide your membership and care, including health-related information, as described there.

7. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so β€” including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of the website or app. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Complaints

If something isn't right, please tell us β€” call 0191 5111 878 or email info@bfghearingsolutions.co.uk and we'll do our best to put it right. As an HCPC-registered provider we follow professional standards, and you may also raise concerns with the HCPC. Data-protection concerns can be raised with the ICO (ico.org.uk).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Last updated: June 2026. We may update these terms; the current version is always shown on this page.
