One audiologist, start to finish
BFG Hearing Solutions is a small independent practice, and that's deliberate. The person who tests your hearing is the same person who fits your aids, tunes them, and looks after them for as long as you have them. There's no handover to somebody new between appointments, and no script.
Paul built the practice on home visits, working with people who find it hard to get out, including in care homes across the North East. The Team Valley clinic came later, and both still run side by side.

In the UK it's a criminal offence to fit hearing aids without HCPC registration. If you're comparing clinics, ask for the registration number and look it up. It takes about thirty seconds and it's the single most useful check you can make.

Microsuction wax removal
